Organisers announce only a handful of tickets still available for the award-winning CWTC

Tickets to days two and three completely sold out and with a limited number of day one tickets still available tennis fans are urged to buy quickly

Day one attractions include a chance to meet tennis superstars Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal

Abu Dhabi, UAE : Organizers of the second Capitala World Tennis Championship, the award-winning event which will see six of the world’s top players competing in Abu Dhabi from Thursday (December 31st), have confirmed the tournament is a near sell-out with only a limited number of day one tickets still available.

As well as catching two spectacular matches on centre court on day one with David Ferrer vs. Nikolay Davydenko followed by Robin Söderling vs. Stanislas Wawrinka, fans will also have an exclusive opportunity to get up close to the biggest stars in the game. Visitors to day one of the event can catch world number one Roger Federer and world number two Rafael Nadal at the Tennis Village where they will be signing autographs from 1.30pm.

Flash Entertainment, the Abu Dhabi-based live events consultancy behind the showpiece event, said tickets to day two and three have completely sold out.

The action will kick off at 3:00pm on 31st December when world number 17 David Ferrer will take on Russian dynamo and world number six Nikolay Davydenko. The competition will continue on centre court with the second match between Swede Robin Söderling and Swiss number two Stanislas Wawrinka starting after 5:00pm. Following the second match of the day, one lucky visitor will win an all-expenses-paid trip to Wimbledon courtesy of Etihad Airways. A signed tennis ball will be hit into the audience at the end of day one and the lucky spectator who catches it will walk away with the trip for two to the prestigious Grand Slam tournament.
